Jon Jones is one of the most popular fighters in the history of the UFC. For the past few months, Jones had made it his life’s mission to go after Francis Ngannou’s UFC Heavyweight Championship. Jones has also been on a mission to get paid.
Bones Jones had been working very hard to make it to the Heavyweight division in the UFC. The journey has certainly been a very difficult one for him and it continues to get more difficult with each passing day.
Jones had revealed in the past that he felt undervalued and simply wanted to be paid better. Unfortunately for Jones, it was previously stated that he will not be facing Ngannou anytime soon.
Jones also previously stated that he wants to be a champion in 2022. The former UFC light heavyweight champion recently announced that he’ll be making a return to fighting and it is likely taking place at an event of Fury Grappling.
Jon Jones took to Twitter and called out all the ‘big boys’ of the Heavyweight division as he is certainly looking for a fight. However, it is unlikely to be with AEW star Jake Hager.
“Which one of you big boys out there trying to get choked out?”
Jon Jones has had a tumultuous 2021, to say the least, especially with his recent domestic violence arrest. It remains to be seen who Jon Jones’ first opponent will be once he returns to the MMA world.
