We are sad to learn about the passing of rapper Young Dolph. He was only 36-years-old when he was gunned down in Memphis.

According to local reports obtained by TMZ, Young Dolph was shot and killed in his hometown. He was in a store and came out as a vehicle pulled up. Shots were fired from the car’s front window, striking the rapper and killing him. The shooting took place in Memphis as Dolph was shopping at a local bakery called Makeda’s Cookies.

This was not the first time Young Dolph was targeted. In 2017, he was hit by multiple bullets as he went outside a shoe store in Hollywood. He was hit in the arms and backside, requiring surgery to fix him up.

Also in 2017, Dolph’s SUV was riddled with 100 bullets in Charlotte, North Carolina. A warrant was issued for Blac Youngsta for that shooting, and he later turned himself in. Those charges against Young Dolph in the case were dropped.

This is a very sad story, because Young Dolph had a son and a daughter. Our thoughts are with his family and friends at this time. RIP.
