Jake Paul has always been part of huge boxing matches and the hype he builds for each of his matches is almost astonishing. The YouTuber turned boxer also possesses a face that many people would like to punch, including his own friends. Jake Paul also loves trash-talking his opponents before his matches and it has been quite effective on each occasion.

Jake Paul’s current character sees him as a heel who loves getting under the skin of his opponents before every boxing match. Jake Paul isn’t afraid to call out top UFC stars for fights as he has called out the likes of Nate Diaz on numerous occasions for a fight. At one time he even called Nate Diaz every day to book a fight against him.

The Problem Child continues to make outrageous statements and ridiculous boasts for attention. For the most part, it certainly is working as fans simply want to see Jake Paul get his face punched.

While speaking to Bleacher Report, Jake Paul talked about his influence on the world of professional boxing. Paul then bragged that he is the best thing to have happened to boxing in the last hundred years.

“I’m the best thing that’s happened to boxing in a century. The legends agree. Anthony Joshua, Mike Tyson, Tyson Fury – they’ve all said what I’m doing is a breath of fresh air. I don’t think there’s anybody who thinks I’m bad for boxing.

Paul even once claimed that Muhammad Ali was never tested like him. Jake Paul also recently stated he is growing boxing by bringing in a new audience. It is unlikely Jake Paul’s ego will reduce anytime soon from the looks of it.
