The lawsuits against rapper Travis Scott continue to pile up. The most recent, on behalf of 9-year-old Ezra Blount, details a horrific scene as the young man clings to life. Ezra was nearly trampled to death during the Houston music festival.

TMZ has obtained a copy of the legal paperwork. It recounts a terrifying ordeal for a person of any age, let alone a child. The suit alleges that Ezra was forced to watch as several fans were injured and killed as the crowd stampeded towards the stage.

“In docs, obtained by TMZ, Crump says Ezra was “kicked, stepped on, and trampled” as people around him were lifting up “unconscious bodies of friends and strangers and surfed them over the top of the crowd, hoping to send them to safety.””

Ezra remains in a medically induced coma and is on life support. His injuries include severe damage to several vital organs, including his kidney, liver, and brain. The injuries are life-threatening and will impair Ezra’s quality of life if he does pull through.

The suit places the blame for the injuries directly on Travis Scott. The legal filing alleges that Scott failed in his duty to protect health, safety, and lives. Attorney Ben Crump notes that the festival did not have adequate security and medical staff on hand for the gigantic event.

Scott is being sued for gross negligence which directly led to the injuries to Ezra. Crump’s also claiming that the child will suffer from severe emotional pain and anguish. The family is seeking financial payment for the damage caused by the negligence.
