Travis Scott’s Astroworld Festival concert ended in horror. 8 people, including one 14-year-old boy died in a tragic stampede of fans. There is a lot at play in this situation, but Travis Scott was not to blame.

Scott stopped the concert on a couple of occasions to get help for people he saw. With the blinding stage lights in his face, he couldn’t see that far into the chaos. It was hell on earth and he unknowingly provided the entertainment.

Kylie Jenner is there for Scott during this time. She has now reacted on Instagram to let everyone know her side of things, because she was there as well.

In all capitol letters, Kylie Jenner posted an Instagram story that read: “TRAVIS AND I ARE BROKEN AND DEVASTATED. MY THOUGHTS ANO PRAYERS ARE WITH ALL WHO LOST THEIR LIVES, WERE INJURED OR AFFECTED IN ANYWAY BY YESTERDAY’S EVENTS. AND ALSO FOR TRAVIS WHO I KNOW CARES DEEPLY FOR HIS FANS AND THE HOUSTON COMMUNITY. I WANT TO MAKE IT CLEAR WE WEREN’T AWARE OF ANY FATALITIES UNTIL THE NEWS CAME OUT AFTER THE SHOW AND IN NO WORLD WOULD HAVE CONTINUED FILMING OR PERFORMING. I AM SENDING MY DEEPEST CONDOLENCES TO ALL THE FAMILIES DURING THIS DIFFICULT TIME AND WILL BE PRAYING FOR THE HEALING OF EVERYONE WHO HAS BEEN IMPACTED.”

This is a very difficult time for everyone involved. It was a senseless tragedy and allegedly a targeted attack. Concertgoers were reportedly injected in the necks with an unknown drug. Only time will tell what new information will come out in this situation.

Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News opened the door for a new opportunity for Jenkins. With a history in finance, he broke into the journalism game by writing on blogs and other freelance websites before branching into sports and entertainment news. Being in tune with pop culture doesn't mean it has to make sense, but he tries. Favorite bands include any group from Seattle who formed between 1991 and 1999. 5 Ozzfests under his belt and 12 Warped Tours, but his last concert was a bluegrass AC/DC cover band that was not 100% terrible.
