Travis Scott’s set at Astroworld ended in tragic fashion as 8 people, including a 14-year-old boy, lost their lives. A lawsuit was sent down for Travis Scott to answer already, but a second one includes an extra name.

According to TMZ, Drake is named in a second lawsuit over the Astroworld tragedy. Drake performed on stage with Travis Scott just prior to the riot breaking out.

A second lawsuit has now been filed against Travis Scott and Live Nation, but a third party has been named as a defendant in this claim … and that would be Drake.

A concertgoer named Kristian Paredes is suing Travis Scott, Drake, and LN for negligence. This lawsuit also claims that Travis Scott has a history of violence at his shows and he provokes it.

It is also claimed that Travis and Drake incited the crowd into a riot, suggesting that they were aware of what was going on and loved the reaction.

It should be noted that Scott and Kylie Jenner both attested to the fact that nobody in Trav’s camp knew the severity of the situation until after his set was over.
