Kanye West is not only a legend in the world of hip-hop, but also a pretty accomplished businessman. Recently, Ye poured millions of dollars into Ice Cube’s Big3 basketball league.

Big3 was founded by Ice Cube along with entertainment executive Jeff Kwatinetz in 2017. Recently, Ice Cube and Kwatinetz invested additional amount into Big3, along with bringing Ye on as an investor during the 2021 season.

A source revealed to TMZ that Kanye’s investment is somewhere in the mid to high seven-figure mark. Kanye also mentioned the investment in his recent appearance on “Drink Champs.”

Among other details, Ye mentioned that in his negotiations with Ice Cube, he made it clear that he would only sign a contract that’s one page or shorter.

Big3 features both former NBA superstars as well as international players, and has grown rapidly since its inception in 2017. Kanye even attended a Big3 game in Vegas back in July. It seems that he was sold on the prospect. Check out Kanye’s Drink Champs interview below.
