Kim Kardashian and her “Momager” Kris Jenner have made plans for the KarJenner empire to survive when Kris decides to retire in the future.

Kardashian recently spoke with The Wall Street Journal and revealed that she and Kris have talked about Kim taking over when Kris decides to call it a career.

If there’s a deal, it’s always my mom, me and our attorney talking it over.

Kim went on to reveal that she “has emerged as the primary business mind among the siblings” and weighs in on most of the family’s deals with Kris. Would the heir-apparent Kim take over when Kris decides to retire?

We’ve talked about it. I would assemble a team of people to take over. I hope it doesn’t happen for a really long time, because I’m really busy.

One of the family ventures that Kim is currently busy with is the family’s Hulu show that is set to premiere at the end of January or early February 2022. The show will offer a different perspective on the KarJenner family than we saw with Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

Kim revealed to the WSJ that the family has retained editing rights on the new Hulu show, and will reveal more of her professional life than fans have seen in the past. The new show will also focus on Kim’s law studies, and how her late father, Robert Kardashian, inspired her to pursue this new path.

I think it will be a different side. But I wouldn’t say that our silly sides are not going to come out.

Kim said she’d like to start her own law firm one day, where she can help people pro bono and hire people who were previously incarcerated. She noted that she does not see herself floating on a yacht in retirement, adding that her grandmother, Mary Jo Campbell, didn’t retire until her early 1980s.

I think I’ll always feel good when I’m working.

Kim indicated that she could be in business for another 40 years as she just celebrated her 41st birthday on October 21st. While Kim is busy with various projects and raising her children, and her ongoing divorce from Kanye West, she still seems interested in being the next “Momager” of the KarJenner empire.

What do you think of Kim potentially running the empire? Can she handle things as good as Kris has, or maybe better?
