Conor McGregor is no stranger to controversy. The 33-year-old has been involved in some of the most controversial moments in combat sports history. From calling out opponents on Twitter to shoving celebrities during parties, the former UFC champion is definitely living up to his “Notorious” moniker.

The latest controversy involves none other than Tony Ferguson, who had earlier accused McGregor of using drugs to recover from a nasty leg injury, Not known to back away from a rant, McGregor hit back at the UFC lightweight by bringing up his personal life.

He also made an apparent death threat towards Ferguson in a follow-up tweet, vowing to “kill one of yous rats” inside an MMA ring. The Twitter beef with Ferguson follows an alleged scuffle with an Italian DJ at a party, who later pressed charges against the Irish fighter over alleged assault.

Those tweets were deleted, because Conor is known for his tweet and delete skills. It was still a very bold statement to throw out there. You can check out screenshots below to see what Notorious said.

McGregor is still rehabbing his injury that required surgery, but his leg seems to be coming around when it comes to rehab. He recently broke an Italian DJ’s nose, so at least we know he can still throw a punch.
