The 2022 Super Bowl Halftime show will be a huge event. Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, Eminem, Mary J. Blige and Kendrick Lamar are all slated to be a part of the show. The Doggfather promises that it will be the biggest halftime shows ever. Eminem was already called out for being the token white guy in the group and that didn’t fly. Snoop had nothing to say about that, but he did have plenty of hype to lay down.

While speaking to ET, Snoop Dogg put over the upcoming halftime show on February 13 at SoFi Stadium. He also gave fans an idea of what to expect from such a star studded mega performance.

“Me, Dr. Dre, Eminem, had a light discussion about what we’re trying to do. It’s about to go full speed ahead… But I tell you, this it’s gonna be one of the greatest Super Bowl halftime shows that you ever witnessed… Dr. Dre is on it. He’s putting his time together with the specifics and the dynamics of what we’re doing.”

We’ll have to see how everything comes together, but the Super Bowl Halftime show usually bring a lot of attention no matter who is a part of it. The fact that they are bringing together so many huge names from the hip-hop world should certainly excite fans.

Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News opened the door for a new opportunity for Jenkins. With a history in finance, he broke into the journalism game by writing on blogs and other freelance websites before branching into sports and entertainment news. Being in tune with pop culture doesn't mean it has to make sense, but he tries. Favorite bands include any group from Seattle who formed between 1991 and 1999. 5 Ozzfests under his belt and 12 Warped Tours, but his last concert was a bluegrass AC/DC cover band that was not 100% terrible.
