Tyga is in some hot water after his ex-girlfriend claimed that he struck her in the face during a domestic violence incident. This saw the famous rapper turn himself into the Los Angeles Police Department where he was booked on domestic violence charges. Tyga has a different story.
Cameron Swanson came forward with abuse allegations earlier this week. She claimed that Tyga gave her a black eye during an incident and she had the photos and videos to prove it. According to Tyga, he was never taken into custody, nor has he been charged with a crime.
The 31-year-old artist jumped on Instagram and addressed this on his stories with a message.
“I want everyone to know that the allegations against me are false. I was not arrested. I took myself into the police station and cooperated. I have not been charged with any crime.”
It seems that Tyga is calling cap on the entire situation, including the fact that he posted $50k bail in order to get out. That usually doesn’t happen unless a crime is involved.
This is an interesting situation and it is also ongoing. Whether Tyga wants to cop to the charge or not, it won’t change how a prosecuting attorney might view the situation if Tyga’s case finds its way across their desk.
