Tyga was recently arrested for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend, Camaryn Swanson. Despite this serious accusation, the 31-year old rapper is handling his business as if nothing happened.

The rapper is booked for the Rolling Loud Festival which takes place from September 10 through September 12. As of now, Tyga is still scheduled to perform at the show.

Earlier this year, fellow rapper DaBaby was pulled from several appearances after a homophobic tirade at the Rolling Loud Miami festival in July. It is surprising that the same hasn’t been done with Tyga.

It seems Tyga has been continuing with his public appearances despite the terrible charges. According to TMZ, the controversial rapper even performed at a California club just two days after he was booked by the LAPD.

A source stated that Tyga showed up for the club appearance out of a sense of obligation. The rapper was accompanied by close friends and family to show him support. There is no word on what kind of fan turnout the show received.

Tyga plans to continue his normal appearance schedule as of now. A representative for Tyga stated that the allegations are false. Soon, Tyga will have his day in court. The oblivious rapper was most recently requesting Netflix recommendations on Twitter, so he’s likely chilling at home and trying to take his mind off things. Might we recommend Squid Game?
