Bam Margera’s issues with substances is well documented. He was booted from the upcoming fourth Jackass film due to those issues, and now we have another chilling tale of his substance abuse.

According to a report from Page Six, a 911 call was made to the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office on September 26th that resulted in Bam Margera going to rehab. This was not the story Bam previously told about just holding a drink at a casino.

“They’re doing cocaine in the room,” the caller claimed in the call. It was also alleged that Bam attacked a woman as the caller continued to say, “He attacked her, grabbed her breast, and she said she thinks he tore her implant.”

It was alleged in the call that two women were in the room with Bam at the time the placed the call. This was around 8:36 in the morning. One woman was allegedly a prostitute and the other was unidentified, but she was referred to as Margera’s “minder.”

The caller said that he hadn’t seem Margera that morning and the victim was a woman in her “50s or early 60s.”

At one point the dispatcher asked the caller whether the victim needed a paramedic and caller replied, “I don’t know yet.” Then the caller was asked whether Margera is under the influence and the response was, “Absolutely, there’s no question about it. He’s really highly intoxicated.”

It was also noted that, “He’s in severe psychosis, I believe. He’s been diagnosed as paranoid schizophrenic, he’s been diagnosed as Bipolar, he’s got a long history of mental illness. He’s escaped from three treatment centers in the last two months. That’s why there’s all these people trying to reel him back in.”

A rep for Margera released a statement regarding these new findings.

“The initial reports of Bam Margera’s arrest were reasonably correct. The 911 call is demonstrably and utterly false. Bam was with his aunt in the hotel room. She is a 65-year-old woman, who is clean and sober. The police escorted Bam back to rehab and made no charges whatsoever against him, which demonstrates that the caller who made this claim made a false statement to police.”

The allegations are likely made by people who have an ax to grind against Bam in his lawsuit against Paramount. There are multi-million dollars at stake because of the abuse Bam faced at the hands of Paramount, and his supposed friends Johnny Knoxville, Spike Jones, Jeff Tremaine and others. We are investigating these false allegations and false statements made in the police report, and are considering taking action as we learn more against the perpetrator of this false and defamatory report.”

Police arrived at the Don CeSar Hotel in response to the incident. They found Bam Margera and he was ordered by the court to enter rehab. We’re hoping for the best in this situation, because Bam has a ton of support and friends who would love to help him get back on the right track.
