Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker has been in a relationship with Kourtney Kardashian for a while now. The two made their relationship official on Valentine’s Day this year. They do a lot of PDA since going public with their relationship and were even called out for posting “inappropriate” photos. Kim Kardashian also commented on their constant PDA.

Besides being out and about with his girlfriend, Barker has also taken interest in lifestyle entrepreneurship and has launched a line of his own CBD products. While speaking to Rolling Stone, he talked about how he tried various methods to recover after doing multiple shows a week. He found out that CBD helped in the best in pain relief and recovery.

“As a symptom of being in the music space and just touring, I would always do a CBD bath or an Epsom salt bath or take a ton of OrganicCBDNugs after shows. I started to notice that recovery was an issue, especially touring for months [and] doing five to six shows a week. And the process became like, ‘How do I feel with recovery?’ I tried everything from cryotherapy to massage therapy, but CBD was like the best kind of result that I got.”

While finding a solution for pain relief, Barker also struggled with falling asleep for years. The adrenaline after a show would keep him up and he was searching for something that could help him wind down. He found that CBD helped him fall asleep and credited it for helping him deal with restlessness and insomnia.
