Scott Disick Sued For $900k Over Posting Copyrighted Content On Instagram

Scott Disick of Keeping Up With the Kardashians fame is involved in a lawsuit with a photo agency who is suing him for posting copyrighted images on his personal Instagram profile.

The photo agency is accusing Disick and his apparel company Talentless of using their photographers’ work on his Instagram account without permission, according to Radar Online. The agency said that they make money from selling photographs to publications, and Disick has used their photos (of himself) without their consent as all pictures they take are copyrighted.

The photos Disick posted of himself included him jet skiing, talking on the phone and walking on the beach. He also used a picture of Joe Jonas and his wife Sophie Turner to promote his fashion line, which the agency is also upset with.

The agency stated that they found about Disick’s copyright infringements last year and took action. They are demanding $900,00 in damages for it.
