The Killers co-founder and guitarist, Dave Keuning has just purchased a $9.5 million mansion in Los Angeles. Interestingly, the previous owner of this mansion was Joel Simkhai, the founder of Grindr.

All evidence indicates that Keuning is doing quite well for himself. The guitarist has also rejoined his former band after a four-year solo career. The Killers are already planning their seventh and eighth albums.

Meanwhile, Simkhai himself is not doing too bad either. The entrepreneur has traded up to an even bigger, $13 million home in Los Angeles.

After Grindr’s wild success with the gay, bi, trans, and queer community, Simkhai had sold the dating app for a total of $245 million. He had used this money to buy the $9.5 million mansion.

Keuning took over Simkhai’s former crib in August. The mansion boasts a massive, two-story foyer, wood-beamed ceilings, four fireplaces and arched doorways. The 8,385-square-foot mansion also comes with six bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
