Kanye West has been having an absolutely chaotic time lately. While the rapper said that DONDA was released by the label against his will, rapper Soulja Boy roasted him for not including him on DONDA. Needless to say, it seems that people bought the hype surrounding DONDA.

DONDA finally dropped on August 29th. While the fans are loving it, the surrounding controversies and negative publicity on the album are definitely going to impact the album’s sales. Kanye West is a definitive chart-topper, and it seems DONDA is going to observe a similar trajectory.

Kanye West and Hasley are going to have similar sales projections. Halsey’s  If I Can’t Have Love, I Want Power is going to be out-sold by West’s DONDA. Both DONDA and Halsey’s album are expected to reach more than 300K sales in their first week, according to HITS Daily Double

These figures suggest that DONDA is going to be Kanye’s first album after Yeezus which is going to absolutely dominate the Billboard 200. DONDA comes after Kanye’s conflicting listening parties, his beef with Drake and his defense of DaBaby. While he’s still separated with Kim (despite rumors), the rapper seems to be doing pretty fine.
