Kelly Clarkson and her ex-husband Brandon Blackstock called it quits. Now the court has ruled regarding financials, and it’s not the best news for the singer.

Courts have ordered that Kelly Clarkson pay her ex-husband $200k every 30 days in the fallout of their divorce. This includes temporary spousal and child support according to TMZ.

It was reported that this ruling came down in April, and it formalized what she had already been paying him since divorce was filed last June.

According to the docs, Brandon will get $150k in spousal support and $45,601 for their 2 kids. Hard to think of that huge amount as a discount for Kelly, however … Brandon had requested $436k per month. So, with that in mind, it’s a bit of a win for KC.

She is also ordered to pay $1.25 million to cover his legal expenses. Divorce isn’t cheap at all, especially when there is this much money involved. The spousal support from Clarkson will continue for the next two years, so this is far from over for her.
