Dustin Poirier Claims Image of His Wife Sending DMs to Conor McGregor Was Fake

Conor McGregor and Dustin Poirier have one of the most intense and personal blood feuds in the history of the UFC. All bets are off and nothing is off-limits when it comes to taking shots at each other before their fight.

The Notorious One recently made headlines after he revealed that Dustin Poirier’s wife Jolie Poirier seemingly tried to slide into his DMs attempting to have a private chat with him.

Now it seems Dustin Poirier has finally commented on this ongoing fiasco. While speaking to BT Sport, Dustin Poirier claimed that the image of his wife trying to slide into Conor McGregor’s DMs is fake. Poirier added that he is aware of how trash-talking works as there are no holds barred in that matter.

“If it was real and my wife was messaging him or something like that then it’s a good move. But if it’s fabricated or…so you know, me and my wife were laughing about it yesterday when I was at the grocery store. But it’s just…there’s no holds barred in the (expletive)-talking, so.”

Dustin Poirier is currently in the best shape of his life and more than determined to defeat Conor McGregor and shut him up for good once and for all. We will have to see if he will be able to defeat McGregor at UFC 264 on July 11th.
