Amber Heard is still a part of Aquaman 2, but so many fans wish that wasn’t the case. Tons are now speaking out on Twitter as Heard’s name is trending for a reason she isn’t likely to appreciate.

Fans were outspoken about how upset they are about Aquaman 2. Amber Heard has caused a lot of people to ignore the project all together. A petition has also been started which currently sits at almost 1.85 million signatures.

One fan declared, “I, as well as everyone I know and have spoken to, will not be watching Aquaman 2 if Amber Heard is a part of the project! We are fans but we will not support an abuser!”

One fan wrote about the situation, “They might as well call it “Aquaman: the Lost Audience” because it is going to receive the same reception “Gully” did. I do not support arrested wife beaters, even IF WB feels that abuse is fine as long as it’s woman on woman.” Obviously the decision to keep Amber Heard on the project has lost a few fans.

The theme of making fun of the Aquaman sequel’s name was a common trend on Twitter. Another fan tweeted out to say, “Aquaman 2 is called “The Lost Kingdom”, It’s lost alright, lost alot of people because they kept amber heard, to this day I have not watched the first one because of her and now I’ll add the second one to that list of to never watch.”

Amber Heard’s ongoing drama with Johnny Depp has left a lot of fans split. Some have sided against Heard and everything she is a part of now. He looks like Aquaman 2 might see a dent in their box office numbers because of one of the stars.
