The Rock is known for his intense training sessions and sometimes he has to make time for that to happen. His schedule is very demanding with shooting Black Adam and everything else he has on his plate. Dwayne Johnson can also still find the time to post on Instagram, and fans noticed.

A recent gym selfie from The Great One has racked up 2,355,943 likes as of this writing. The photo has been up for less than 12 hours at this point.

The caption Dwayne Johnson picked explained his intense workout routine and endless grind. He is grateful to have this opportunity to entertain, but it doesn’t come easy.

Been working extremely hard dieting, training and conditioning unlike any other role of my entire career.

Manipulating water, sodium, cardio but also having to push and pull real iron to have dense, dry, detailed muscle.
It’s a real science that takes months and months to dial it all in with my strength & conditioning coach @daverienzi who keeps a very watchful eye, constantly fine tuning our strategy daily.

As many of you know, the intense (and exciting) comic mythology of Teth Adam – he becomes the immortal “champion” by the Gods.
Blessed with the powers of Superman and dangerous magic from the wizards.

Then his rage turns his soul dark, forever becoming Black Adam

We’re not sure exactly what The Rock has to do this week, but his schedule is nonstop. He concluded his message with: “Big week, grateful for the grind & support – here we go.” Here we go indeed.

The rock has 241 million followers on Instagram, putting him up there with the most followed people on the planet. Obviously, enough fans really appreciated that gym selfie that he posted from another late night workout session.

Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News opened the door for a new opportunity for Jenkins. With a history in finance, he broke into the journalism game by writing on blogs and other freelance websites before branching into sports and entertainment news. Being in tune with pop culture doesn't mean it has to make sense, but he tries. Favorite bands include any group from Seattle who formed between 1991 and 1999. 5 Ozzfests under his belt and 12 Warped Tours, but his last concert was a bluegrass AC/DC cover band that was not 100% terrible.
