‘Tiger King’ star Jeff Lowe seems to know where the body of Carole Baskin’s missing missing ex-husband is buried thanks to an anonymous letter that he happened to receive.
While speaking to TMZ, Lowe claimed that the letter was sent to his Tiger King Park in Oklahoma in May of last year. However, the envelope only had the zoo’s address while having no return address or name.
As seen in the video, Jeff and his wife, Lauren were opening the letter which contained a single piece of paper with a handwritten note — “The corpse lies under Her House.” It’s signed by “The Faithful Witness.”
It was stated that Lowe and his wife were speaking with a federal agent about the letter, and she claimed that she also told the law enforcement in Hillsborough County, Florida, where Don Lewis went missing in 1997.
While they were speculating what the letter really alleged, it is evident that whoever sent the letter thinks Don’s body is buried somewhere on Carole’s Big Cat Rescue property in Tampa.
Lowe’s wife claims that Hillsborough County authorities requested the letter in May last year. However, Lowe refused to hand over the letter stating that ‘Tiger King 2’ producers advised him to keep it.
The letter has finally been sent and Lowe claimed that the police are planning to test it for DNA and fingerprints. Carole Baskin’s current husband, Howard, certainly doesn’t believe the legitimacy of the letter.
“This is just another stupid stunt by Lowe to deflect from his own legal troubles. .Only a moron would think that an anonymous letter has any value.”
This is certainly a bizarre situation and currently it isn’t known what will happen next in the case. We will keep you updated on this ongoing case.
