Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez made headlines last month after multiple reports suggested that the two have called off their engagement and have ended their relationship. Despite denying the reports initially, the two would officially announce their breakup earlier in the month.
Ultimately, it came down to Lopez not being able to trust Rodriguez anymore. Interestingly enough, the two were spotted having dinner together recently after their breakup.
Now it seems Rodriguez has decided to focus on himself and show off the results of his hard work. The former baseball player took to Instagram and uploaded before-and-after photos on Wednesday. In the latest photo from April 2021, Rodriguez looked noticeably more toned and healthier.
“Left the Dad-bod in 2020. Anyone else determined to stick with their fitness goals this year? I’ve been consistent with my workouts and finally put down the chips. What food is your weakness?”
His ex Jennifer Lopez didn’t really answer any questions on his post, but celebrity-favorite Peloton trainer Robin Arzón did.
”Plain lays chips. Savory/salty all the way.”
Lopez has also been relying more on her ex-husband Marc Anthony after breaking up with Alex Rodriguez. We will have to see what is next in store for Lopez and Rodriguez now that they are no longer together. They certainly seem to be doing well for themselves right now.
