Michael Keaton’s Batman is still a favorite for some DC Universe enthusiasts. If it just doesn’t get better than that for you, then you’re in luck.

The Flash marked a logo reveal today, and the film slated for 2022 will also include a nostalgic surprise. Michael Keaton is coming back to reprise the role of Batman according to The Wrap.

Keaton’s agency has confirmed that the Batman and Batman Returns star will come back to paly the caped crusader.

Interestingly enough, Batman Forever and Batman And Robin will be totally ignored like they never existed. It’s sad news for fans who liked Chris O’Donnell as Robin, but at least Keaton is coming back!

Director Andy Muschietti will bring The Flash to screens next year, and now fans have a bit more to get excited about as the date approaches. Hopefully, nothing will stall the production and they can get this project released in time.

With a history in finance, he broke into the journalism game by writing on blogs and other freelance websites before branching into sports and entertainment news. Being in tune with pop culture doesn't mean it has to make sense, but he tries. Favorite bands include any group from Seattle who formed between 1991 and 1999. 5 Ozzfests under his belt and 12 Warped Tours, but his last concert was a bluegrass AC/DC cover band that was not 100% terrible.
