Dr. Dre’s Wife Gets SHUT DOWN On Request For Emergency Restraining Order

Dr. Dre’s wife is taking him to court in a big way over their divorce, but she just got shut down.

According to TMZ, a judge shut down an emergency restraining order. She said that Dre’s song that he released in the last month, one that referred to her as a “greedy bitch” was a threat to her safety. A judge obviously didn’t feel that way.

Dre called his wife a “bitch and a perjurer” in the track. In the court documents, it was said that his wife feels that it was a threat, and she used past allegations of spousal abuse to back it up.

A judge didn’t agree with Dre’s wife, and he denied her that request due to her having insufficient evidence.

He adds since she made her allegations in August, he “realized he had no idea who the woman he was married to was and he wanted nothing to do with her.”

The judge also recent denied her request for emergency spousal support. This divorce is not an easy one for Dr. Dre, to say the least. Our prayers are with him.
