Rapper Meek Mill was a controversial topic of discussion and drew the ire of many fans on social media after he referenced Kobe Bryant’s death in a helicopter crash in one lyric of a leaked track that surfaced recently.

Mill had already reacted to all the negative criticism received with a reply where he stated that fans are under the influence of mind control.

Now the rapper has uploaded a new post on Instagram in order to prove haters wrong, showing his love and respect for Kobe Bryant in a tribute post.

Mill uploaded a post of a cap where he wrote ”RIP Kobe & Gigi,” paying tribute to Bryant and his daughter who tragically lost their lives last year.
