Love gone sour and lawsuits in the air! Tiger Woods’ dramatic breakup with Erica Herman has taken a legal turn that could rival a Hollywood blockbuster.

It all started when Herman decided to take legal action against the golf legend in October 2022, alleging that Woods used some shady tactics to boot her out of his Florida mansion after their 2022 fall split. Court documents, uncovered by Us Weekly in March 2023, revealed that Herman claimed their “oral tenancy agreement” gave her the right to live in Tiger’s Hobe Sound, Florida, mansion for a specified period.

But here’s where it gets interesting: Herman alleges that Tiger’s employees encouraged her to take a “short vacation,” only to drop the bombshell on her at the airport that she was “locked out” of the PGA star’s residence. Ouch!

The Florida native isn’t playing around; she’s suing Woods’ trust, which holds the title to his home, for a staggering $30 million! Why? She argues that this sum represents the “reasonable rental value” of her ex’s home for the remaining five years of their supposed oral agreement.

But that’s not all, folks! Herman also decided to take a swing at nullifying a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) that she had signed when she and Woods began their whirlwind romance. She claims that Woods and his trust have aggressively used this NDA to muzzle her and prevent her from revealing potentially juicy information about their time together.

Herman cited the Speak Out Act, which deals with the enforceability of NDAs and nondisparagement clauses in cases involving sexual assault or harassment. In other words, she’s trying to bring down the NDA barricade.

While Tiger and Herman have stayed mum on their breakup and the lawsuit, you can bet that Thirsty for News will be keeping a close eye on this developing drama. Stay tuned for the latest in this golfing superstar’s legal saga!

How do you think Tiger Woods and Erica Herman’s legal battle will play out? Do you believe her claims about their “oral tenancy agreement” and the NDA are valid? What impact could this lawsuit have on their public images and personal lives? Leave us a comment below.
