R. Kelly ain’t keeping quiet, and he’s taking Uncle Sam to court!

The imprisoned singer just dropped a lawsuit bomb on the U.S. government, some Bureau of Prisons staff, and none other than Tasha K. Why, you ask? Well, he’s convinced they conspired to spill his private tea all over the internet when he was behind bars in Chicago during his case.

Kelly’s got his finger pointed squarely at three mysterious BOP officials from his former prison. According to TMZ, he’s accusing them of sneaking into their secret system, where they kept tabs on his every move inside those prison walls. And we’re talking about emails, private calls, who visited him, and more!

Now, here’s the juicy part—Kelly and his lawyer, Jennifer Bonjean, are suggesting these sneaky officials cut a deal with Tasha K to hand over Kelly’s personal deets. Yep, he thinks it might’ve been for some cold, hard cash. Tasha has already denied these allegations, but Kelly ain’t buying it.

According to Kelly, this info gave Tasha K, who’s got a massive YouTube following, the ammo she needed to unleash unflattering stories about him. And let’s be real, it hasn’t exactly been great for his reputation, not to mention the emotional turmoil he’s been through.

Kelly’s beef isn’t just with Tasha K, though. He’s throwing shade at the U.S. government, saying they dropped the ball by letting their prison staff allegedly snoop and spill the beans. Now, he’s gunning for some major damages!

By the way, these claims have been brewing since around 2019. After his conviction in Chicago, they shipped him off to a federal facility in North Carolina, where he’s serving his lengthy sentence. And here’s a wild tidbit: Tasha K is the same lady that Cardi B took to court and won for defamation. Drama everywhere!

What do you think about R. Kelly’s allegations against the U.S. government and Tasha K? Do you believe there is merit to his claims, or do you think it’s a legal strategy to shift blame? Leave us a comment.
