Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes and his wife, Brittany Mahomes, have successfully sold their former home for a substantial profit.

The couple had invested nearly $400,000 in renovating the ranch-style house located in the upscale Sunset Hill subdivision in Cass County, Missouri, before listing it for sale at $2.9 million in mid-June.

The three-bedroom, five-bathroom home quickly found a new owner less than two weeks after being listed. The property was purchased by a trust in the name of David Bradley III, who is also known as Rall. Bradley is associated with the BERKS Group, an investment firm in Kansas City, and is connected to the family-owned News-Press Gazette Co, where his father, David Bradley, serves as Chairman and CEO. Bradley’s engagement to Amy Elizabeth Trader was also recently announced in The Independent.

The former Mahomes residence boasts an open-concept interior with amenities such as a hot tub, heated pool, putting green, and a spacious five-car garage, all situated on a 1.4-acre lot.
