Trouble continues to follow former child star Zachery Ty Bryan as he finds himself in fresh legal turmoil. RadarOnline.com has exclusively revealed the latest chapter in the troubled actor’s life, and it’s not looking good.

A Los Angeles Superior Court judge issued a bench warrant for Bryan’s arrest when he failed to appear at a mandatory civil judgment hearing on November 2, 2023. This hearing was related to a $108,000 debt he owes to an investor for a movie project. According to court records, the minutes of the hearing state, “Zachery Bryan failed to appear on this date. A bench warrant is ordered and held until 11/30/2023. Bail is set in the amount of $2,500.”

As previously reported, the investor, Cameron Moore, alleged that the child sitcom star had “tricked” him out of thousands in 2021 for the film “Warning,” which starred Thomas Jane and Patrick Schwarzenegger. Moore eventually took legal action and obtained a default judgment against Bryan.

What’s more, Moore filed court papers seeking to seize Bryan’s residual payments from 103 acting gigs, including his appearances on shows like Buffy the Vampire Slayer, ER, Knight Rider, Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, and Veronica Mars.

To add to Bryan’s woes, it appears that his former TV father, Tim Allen of “Home Improvement,” is keeping his distance. According to reports, Allen wants nothing to do with Zach and his problems. While he occasionally takes Bryan’s calls, he reportedly doesn’t follow through with any assistance.

Bryan’s legal troubles don’t end there. He faced allegations of domestic violence earlier this year, with accusations of assaulting his fiancée Johnnie Faye Cartwright and head-butting her elderly father, Ben, who came to her defense.

In a recent development, Bryan pled guilty to assault in the fourth degree with domestic violence specifications and received a seven-day jail sentence, 36 months of probation, and orders to avoid alcohol and drugs. This marked the second domestic violence conviction for Bryan, who previously pled guilty to misdemeanor assault and menacing in a 2020 incident involving Cartwright.

The actor’s life seems to be entangled in a web of legal woes and personal troubles, leaving many to wonder about his future in the entertainment industry and his ability to put these issues behind him.
