Sammi ‘Sweetheart’ Giancola will be making her return to ‘Jersey Shore’ after a long time and this came as a huge shock to fans. However, it seems her return was a surprise for even her ‘Jersey Shore’ castmates.

According to TMZ, Pauly D, JWoww, Snooki, The Situation, Vinny, and the rest of the stars had no idea that Sammi would be joining them on set, and their reactions were wild and filled with laughter and tears.

The cameras captured everything, and viewers can expect to see the footage in the second half of the show’s sixth season, which is currently filming.

Sammi’s return is a significant development since she has not been involved in anything related to “Jersey Shore” for more than a decade and was the only original cast member who did not return for “Family Vacation.”

Her return may be particularly timely, given her rocky history with Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, whom she dated on and off during the show’s original run. Ronnie has since moved on, but he has experienced some ups and downs in his personal life and stepped away from “JS” two years ago.

Although Ronnie made a guest appearance last season, he is no longer a regular cast member. In fact, this may have been a factor in Sammi’s decision to return. With the entire gang (minus Ronnie) back together, viewers can expect to see the group get into some wild shenanigans. Sammi has always been known for her big personality and no-nonsense attitude.

Are you excited for Sammi ‘Sweetheart’ Giancola’s return to ‘Jersey Shore’? What do you think her presence will bring to the show? Will we see a resolution to her complicated history with Ronnie Ortiz-Magro? Sound off in the comments!
