Justin Bieber made a surprise appearance at the Los Angeles Rolling Loud music festival on this past Saturday, just days after announcing the cancellation of his remaining Justice World Tour dates.

Bieber took to the stage alongside his friend Don Toliver to perform their new collaboration, “Private Landing,” which also features rapper Future and was released on February 25th. Bieber danced and sang along with Toliver, delivering the lyrics “Heat it up, microwave (Heat it up)/Heat it up, mic—, what, what?/She wanna ride my wave/She wanna come this way.”

Bieber’s appearance came as a surprise to many, given that he had recently cancelled the remainder of his world tour due to health issues. In an statement sent out to fans in London, concert goers were informed that the shows at the O2 Arena had been cancelled, with the event organizers apologizing for the inconvenience and expressing their regret over the decision.

The cancellation came as a disappointment to many fans who were eagerly anticipating Bieber’s return to the stage after a long hiatus. Back in June of 2022, Bieber had postponed his tour due to health struggles with Ramsay-Hunt Syndrome, a rare condition that can cause facial paralysis.

“I went to Europe in an effort to continue with the tour … I gave everything I have to the people in Brazil. I realized that I need to make my health the priority right now. So I’m going to take a break from touring for the time being,” he said in the past statement, saying he also needed “time to rest and get better.”

Bieber resumed his tour in July with six shows, but ultimately decided to cancel the remaining dates due to exhaustion and the need to prioritize his health.
