Drake is a veteran artist who has a clear understanding of his value in the music industry. Drake is also one of the biggest boxing fans in all of hip-hop. The artist’s love for gambling is well-known in sports circles. With that being said, Drake placed a $400,000 bet on Jake Paul to knock out Tommy Fury in the fight scheduled for tomorrow night.

On Saturday night, the rapper took to his Instagram to post a photo of the wager slip, along with the caption “Knock knock” alongside the screenshot. However, this is not the first time that Drake has shared his wager on social media.

Drizzy has long promoted his wagers on different sporting events through Stake on Instagram. Drake earned more than $2 million by placing a bet on the Chiefs in the most recent Super Bowl. Since joining Stake in December 2021, Drake is claimed to have wagered over $1 billion.

Paul and Drake have previously engaged in a number of interactions. Paul revealed in 2021 that the rapper had DM’d him following one of his fights, on his brother Logan’s Impaulsive podcast. “Drake DMed me last night,” he began.

“[It was] one of the best moments of my life. He says, ‘You’re a demon crow, wow. How much you make for a one-minute set tonight?’”

In addition, Paul posted a photo of himself and Drake ringing in 2022. However, Jake Paul recently predicted that he would knock out Tommy Fury in their upcoming fight. Paul discussed his expectations for the tournament in a Sky Sports interview.

“You can expect Fury face down on the canvas, unconscious and it’s going to happen fast. Get your popcorn but don’t blink. They hate on me beating Tyron Woodley. They hate on me beating Anderson Silva, not understanding that they are both 10 times better boxers than Tommy Fury.

So the critics and the sheep who believe Jake Paul hasn’t fought a real boxer, someone his age, they’re technically right and this checks that off. So that’s going to be fun to shut those people up. The kid is good but he’s not great and he’s never been in there with someone who wants it more than him.”

Paul and Fury are both unbeaten in the ring at the moment. It will take place on Sunday at 2:00 PM ET. Until then stay tuned to Thirsty For News to get the latest updates.
