Julie Chrisley and her husband Todd Chrisley recently made headlines after being found guilty of bank fraud and tax evasion and receiving a combined 19-year prison sentence. However, their daughter, Savannah Chrisley has recently revealed that her family is working on a brand-new show while her parents are still imprisoned.

The television star announced that the audience will shortly be able to get a glimpse of her family’s “new normal” on Tuesday’s episode of her “Unlocked With Savannah Chrisley” podcast. Savannah said that she’s “talking to a few production companies” about another show while having a conversation with niece Chloe Chrisley, whom she was left to raise, and grandmother Nanny Faye.

“We’re going to touch on where we’re at today, Mom and Dad being gone, how we’re coping with it, how we get through it.

Also too, having two kids and all of us stepping in to make sure that they have what they need emotionally, psychologically, physically, all the things, I feel like there’s a level of humor to it as well.”

After they jokingly suggested that the new project’s name should be “Nanny Knows Best” as a loving tribute to Todd’s mother, Savannah acknowledged that the upcoming television program “will be heartwarming.” She continued, telling the audience, “It’ll break your heart.”

It appears that Savannah isn’t the only one eager to get started. “I’m ready to walk down that highway any day … I’m ready,” Nanny Faye added.

“We’ll say ‘Well look at these Bounce Back Chrisleys.’”

Savannah is focused on making the best of a difficult situation as she continues to adapt to the family’s “new normal.” “At the end of the day, we’re not going to allow this to stop us from moving forward,” she said.

Savannah acknowledged during the episode that the family didn’t have much control over what was broadcast on their popular show “Chrisley Knows Best.” “It became more of a comedy than it was reality,” she continued.

However, following the imprisonment, NBC Universal canceled the family’s popular show. “Growing Up Chrisley,” Todd and Julie’s spinoff program, was also canceled. “Chrisley Knows Best” received the go-ahead for its tenth and final season just one month before the two were found guilty in June 2022.
