The Fast & Furious franchise is undoubtedly one of the most popular action franchises to have ever been released in movie theatres. Many fans would agree that it is essentially Vin Diesel’s series at this point. That being said, Diesel isn’t just part of films in general, as he tends to make appearances at other events from time to time. It seems he baffled fans with a weird speech before the NBA All-Star game.
The NBA All-Star Game took place recently in Utah and it was truly a memorable event for fans. However, not everything was memorable for the reasons one would expect either.
It seems that for some reason, the NBA had him take the court prior to the All-Star draft, and his speech left many people confused about what was happening. The choice of Vin Diesel to deliver such a humorously awkward speech also left people scratching their heads.
Naturally, many fans took to Twitter and had an absolute field day with what Vin Diesel said in his speech. Regardless, it ended up becoming something that fans will talk about for a long time now.
I’ve always said All-Star Weekend needs a lot more Vin Diesel
my inner monologue during vin diesel’s all star intro
Everyone watching Vin Diesel do the Intro for the #NBAAllStar Game
Vin Diesel showed up to #NBAAllStar in a leather jacket and a tank top, he really Dom Torretto in real life 😂
Vin Diesel just gave a speech about how he dreamed all his life of going to an NBA game. Glad he’s finally getting to make that happen.
Vin Diesel also wants Iron Man in ‘Fast & The Furious’ franchise. Fast X will be releasing on May 19th and will feature Jason Momoa as the main antagonist and John Cena will also reprise his role as Vin Diesel’s brother. We’ll have to wait and see whether Robert Downey Jr. will ever end up joining the franchise in the future.
