‘Back To The Future’ Cast Reunite 38 Years After Original Film In New Selfie Drop

‘Back to the Future’ remains one of the most iconic film series of all time, which led to the industry changing in various ways. Almost four decades since the first film, the franchise’s influence can be felt even now. In fact, the cast of the original film reunited recently as well.

Lea Thompson delighted Back to the Future fans with her Instagram post on February 19th, which showcased some behind-the-scenes photos of the cast at a FAN EXPO event in Portland, Oregon. Alongside her co-stars Michael J. Fox, Christopher Lloyd, and Thomas F. Wilson.

Wow honestly had the best time today with my #bttf family,” Lea wrote, alongside the Instagram handles of her co-stars. “So many fun fan moments too and a llama.”

The actress shared a collection of selfies and group shots, capturing the joyful atmosphere of the event. For fans unable to attend the event, the post provided a glimpse of the fun and camaraderie shared among the cast.

In addition to the photos of the cast, Lea Thompson’s Instagram carousel also included videos and a panoramic shot of the enthusiastic crowd that had gathered to meet and support them. The actress also posted a picture of herself posing in front of her signing booth, as well as some behind-the-scenes footage and images from backstage.

In November, Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd, who played Marty McFly and “Doc” Brown respectively, reunited at the Governors Awards. The two actors attended the event with their respective spouses, much to the excitement of fans. Christopher has been married to Lisa Loiacono since 2016, who also happens to be his real estate agent, while Michael has been married to Tracy Pollan since 1988. The reunion of the two stars, both of whom have since become Hollywood icons, sparked nostalgia and admiration among fans of the Back to the Future franchise.
