Chloe Bailey has been a hot topic since the start of her solo career. The 23-year-old is securing her position in the entertainment industry, whether it’s through her incredible vocals or for halting scenes with her full-figured physique. However, the musician is currently in some hot water after drawing criticism for working on a new song with Chris Brown.

On February 24, the R&B duo will release “How Does It Feel,” the third single from Chloe Bailey’s eagerly awaited debut solo album In Pieces, which is due out in March. Chloe took to her social media on Thursday to share the cover art for the song, which features Chloe and Breezy getting close and intimate while wearing matching black outfits.

“2ND PIECE. HOW DOES IT FEEL @chrisbrownofficial. 2/24,” she captioned the Instagram post along with an anatomical heart emoji. Many fans were upset with the Bailey sisters’ choice to collaborate with Chris Brown in light of his history of violence against women, even though some fans praised the collaboration.

“We’re failing Black women in music if they feel like they have to collaborate with a known abuser in order to chart,” one Twitter user wrote, before naming a long list of other male R&B singers she could have collaborated with, including Bryson Tiller, Lucky Daye, and Brent Faiyaz. “We will absolutely not be streaming,” wrote another person. “Catch you next time though.”

Fans of Chris Brown, however, were quick to stand up for the singer against the criticism. “Chris Brown is the GOAT everyone that’s crying your tears taste amazing. Move on!” wrote one user, while another added, “Everyone hating on Chris is so exhausting, like bruh, sis, go be negative elsewhere.”

Famous people who shared their excitement for the song in Chloe’s Instagram comments included fellow R&B artist H.E.R., City Girls member JT, and Bebe Rexha. Keep an eye on Thirsty For News to get the latest updates.
