Billie Eilish is undeniably one of the most talented singers in the world. She has undoubtedly earned her widespread recognition through years of dedication and hard work. Despite being only 21 years old, her massive fan base is a testament to how beloved she is. Unfortunately, things have just not been going well for the young singer as of late. This is because her L.A. home was recently swarmed by police after a prankster sent out a false alarm.
According to TMZ, a prankster’s false alarm claiming that Billie Eilish was in trouble turned her Los Angeles residence into the site of an unwarranted police intervention.
On Wednesday afternoon, several Glendale Police Department squad cars and officers rushed to Billie Eilish’s home after receiving a call to check on her well-being. However, upon arrival, law enforcement sources report that they contacted members of Eilish’s team and verified that everything was okay. It seems that the police intervention was the result of a false alarm made as part of a prank.
Although the call on Wednesday turned out to be a false alarm, Billie Eilish and her family have recently experienced a serious incident at their family home, where Eilish grew up and her parents still reside.
As previously reported, Billie got a 5-year restraining order against Christopher Anderson after he allegedly broke into the family home last month. The order also protects her parents and brother Finneas. As for Eilish, she is just one of many celebrities who had to deal with annoying false alarms and having police called to their residence. We certainly hope such an incident doesn’t happen again for Eilish’s sake.
