According to JustJared, the new ‘Meteora’ album features a leftover song from the original. The song features Chester Bennington and was originally released six years after his tragic death.

The remaining members of the band will pay tribute to the album’s 20th anniversary with a re-release featuring previously unheard material later this year. Band member Mike Shinoda said in a statement to Billboard:

‘Finding this track was like finding a favorite photo you had forgotten you’d taken, like it was waiting for the right moment to reveal itself. For years, fans have been asking us to release something with Chester’s voice, and I’m thrilled we’ve been able to make that happen in such a special way.”

Fans will be waiting with anticipation for the iconic band’s 20th-anniversary edition album. It will be good to take a trip down memory lane. Stay tuned to Thirsty For News as we bring you similar stories.
