DeMario Jackson is known for his time as a contestant in The Bachelorette and Bachelor in Paradise. Two women accused him of sexual assault in a lawsuit. Both of the women filed the suit as Jane Does.

TMZ revealed that the court documents claim that Jackson used his position as a TV personality to “lure the unsuspecting plaintiffs” into a false sense of security. They accuse the star of knowing exactly what he was up to.

The first Jane Doe claims to have met Jackson on a dating app. She let him spend the night in February 2018 at her place when he was too drunk. While she made it clear to DeMario that nothing sexual is in the cards, he allegedly pinned her to the bed and sexually assaulted her.

The other woman claims that she met him in April 2019. While they chatted on social media, he later asked her out. He wanted the date to take place at his apartment, saying that if they went out, he’d get recognized and wanted to avoid that.

DeMario then forced her to have sex with him. While she agreed at first, she asked him to stop. He forcefully continued despite it. The Jane Does are seeking damages, though the figure isn’t known. They also sued Jackson for false imprisonment and intentionally inflicting emotional distress.
