Brooke Burke is certainly enjoying the last days of summer. The T.V. personality showed off her stunning body in a tiny string leopard print bikini this week in images posted to her Instagram.
The former co-host of Dancing With The Stars was in the backyard of her Malibu property and had an extremely toned stomach with her abs on display. She stated in her caption that she had just turned 51 last week, “51. It’s all about feeling good in your skin no matter what!”
This comes after she told DailyMail.com that one of the ways she stays so thin is through intermittent fasting, “It is one of the easiest ways to lose weight.” The siren shared that she has been doing intermittent fasting for many years and it works well for her.
The star also shared other secrets for staying young looking. One step was the bicycle move, which women have been doing for decades and Jane Fonda pushed in the 1980s. Another was the Single Leg Bridge that seemed to have a bit of a yoga influence.
