Nicki Minaj is a sensation who has always been in the spotlight of millions of people. Haters always look for an opportunity to go against the rapper; seems this has now resulted in a legal battle. Nicki Minaj sues ‘Nosey Heaux’ for referring to her as a ‘cokehead.’

Minaj has made it very clear that she and her legal team will not tolerate social media accounts making outrageous things about her. She has now filed a lawsuit.

According to TMZ, Nicki alleged that a woman named Marley Green, who goes by the social media moniker “Nosey Heaux,” posted a video about Nicki on Monday in which she purportedly said about Nicki.

“Shoving all this cocaine, shoving in all this cocaine up her nose. Allegedly. Thank you. Allegedly. But we all know it’s true. “F***-listen, I can’t even say allegedly with that ’cause I, we all know it’s true. I’m not saying allegedly on that. Nicki Minaj is a cokehead.”

Not only that, but Nicki alleged that Green has made “vile” statements about her 1-year-old kid, calling Nicki’s entire lineage nasty and telling her that her son has to go to treatment because “your baby is going to be a rapist, too.”

While the legal documents refer to Green as a “nothing” whose “major accomplishments in life have been a litany of criminal arrests, bail skipping, and bad debts,” they recognize that her social media statements have garnered some traction and that people may believe what she says.

According to Nicki’s attorney, Judd Burstein, the “cokehead” video on Twitter received over 2,000 likes and more than 250 retweets reaching a large audience. Nicki is suing “Nosey Heaux” for defamation, saying she has never used cocaine and wants a jury to award her no less than $75,000 in damages. Burstein told the source that they will definitely take action after the case gets over.

“When this case is over, she will no longer be permitted to use the name “Nosey Heaux” because we will take her trademark from her when she does not have enough money to pay the judgment. Anyone else who spreads lies about Nicki will suffer a similar fate.”

“My marching orders are to aggressively sue anyone with a media or social media following who damages her with intentional lies. Eventually, the lesson will be learned.”
