Stephen Amell rose to stardom as the main role in The CW superhero series Arrow from 2012 to 2020. Amell also appeared in subsequent Arrowverse franchise media, as well as in several video games. Stephen recently filed a lawsuit against his neighbors for operating an illegal kennel business.

Amell has a new target in sight. The guy is suing his neighbors for operating an animal adoption business without a permit. He claims it’s extremely noisy and stinky.

TMZ reports, that the “Arrow” actor and his wife, Cassandra, recently sued Kristen Stavola and Jeremy Gardiner. They run a company called Rescues Rock Inc., which they describe as a pet adoption/foster enterprise. They run the business out of their home in Los Angeles. The only problem is that the Amells reside next door, and they argue that not only is this operation a nuisance, but it’s also illegal, at least according to their lawsuit.

According to the documents obtained by the outlet, Stephen outlines all of the troubles he and his family have had with RRI since Stavola/Gardiner moved in in 2015. He believes they have up to 60 animals, including at least 18 dogs and countless cats. More importantly, the Amells claim that their neighbors are running the entire operation in a residential-only neighborhood.

The Amells claim they’ve reached their breaking point and feel obligated to file a lawsuit to put a stop to it. Stephen and his wife claim that the animals’ yap at all hours of the day and night disrupt their sleep and that of their children, including a newborn. He also complains that the area stinks and that some of the dogs carry diseases.

Arrow claims he’s tried the neighborly approach, but these people aren’t interested. He now wants a judge to intervene and order them to pump the brakes and shut the animal shelter. Let’s see what happens. To get the latest updates, keep an eye on Thirsty.
