Ray J and Kim Kardashian’s sex tape dispute has raged for years and appears to be never-ending. The debate is taking new twists and turns, and it appears that the case will be heard in court shortly, but with a new twist. Ray J recently threatened to sue Kim Kardashian over her Hulu show for implying assault.

TMZ reports that Ray J appears to be serious about suing Kim Kardashian for her Hulu show claim that Ray J may have pushed something up her buttocks while she was sleeping. Ray is still enraged by the first episode of the show. Kim was concerned that there might be a second sex tape.

KK assured her family that there wasn’t one, but then indicated if there was anything sexual in another tape. Ray may have inserted a dildo into her buttocks while she was fast asleep. In the episode, Kim responds, “It’s completely illegal,” and then begs her lawyer to “scare the sh*t out of this guy.”

Ray claimed it’s all a fabrication to insinuate he sexually attacked Kim, and he’s really considering a defamation complaint. Ray also claimed that there is a second sex tape, the Cabo sex tape, and another shot in Santa Barbara and that Kris watched the recordings and chose the one with Kim looking the best to disseminate.

Kris has denied any involvement in the tape’s dissemination. Kris underwent a lie detector test a few days ago on ‘The Late Late Show,’ and according to the polygrapher, she was truthful when she indicated she didn’t orchestrate the trade.

Concerning the sex tape, Kim has denied having anything to do with its publication, but Ray claimed that she’s lying and shows the contract he signed with Vivid Entertainment, which details the sex recordings in writing, and claimed that Kim is the one who drafted it. Her fingerprints are practically on the paper.

The question he asked is intriguing: if Kim/Kris were so certain he had leaked the sex tape as he claims they have been for years or that he had assaulted Kim, why hadn’t they sued him yet? To him, the answer is that they are aware of their deception. What’s your take on these allegations? For further updates, stay tuned to Thirsty.
