Former President Donald Trump’s presidency was plagued by discourteous behavior. Trump’s final days as President were marked by his supporters storming the US Capitol on January 6th, 2021. Trump now claims that the FBI stole his passports during the Mar-a-Largo raid.

On August 8th, the FBI executed a search warrant at the Mar-a-Largo residence. However, during the raid, FBI agents allegedly seized three of Donald Trump’s Passports. Trump claimed they “stole my three passports,” according to his Truth Social post.

The search warrant was issued to seize classified documents that Trump stole after leaving office. When a president leaves office in the United States, they’re supposed to turn over the documents. Trump, on the other hand, violated federal law by stealing the documents. Also, Trump opines the raid as “an assualt on a political opponent”.

Donald Trump speaks vociferously with no fear of ridiculing his opponents. This FBI raid demonstrates that no one is above the law, not even a former world leader. Trump is still suspended from Twitter and other social media platforms following the Jan. 6 attacks.
