Wiz Khalifa Finds A Buyer For His $4.5 Million Mansion

A while ago, news hit the market that Wiz Khalifa was looking to sell off his Encino mansion. The stunning home was priced at $4.5 million, netting the rapper a cool million more than what he purchased the property for, back in 2019.

It now seems that Wiz Khalifa may have finally found a buyer for the mansion, and the deal is nearly done. The mansion is a remarkable piece of architecture, boasting 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.

Among the mansion’s other luxuries are floor-to-ceiling glass doors. It is some swanky pad, for sure. To further sweeten the deal, the mansion also comes with a home movie theater.

To add to all that opulence, the mansion is equipped with some seriously impressive waterworks. The property has a beautiful waterfall, along with a pool and a spa.

As for Wiz himself, he isn’t moving too far, having bought another mansion just down the street for a whopping $7.6 million mansion. It seems that he was enticed by the new home’s guesthouse and gym. You may check out pictures of the old mansion and the new one below.
