Britney Spears has only experienced challenges since she was a child. Beginning with her conservatorship, continuing to her ex-husband Jason Alexander sneaking onto her property the day of her wedding and escalating to conflicts with her children and ex-husband Kevin Federline. Jason recently accepted a plea deal in the felony stalking case.

Britney Spear’s ex Jason Alexander snuck into her house and tried to break down her locked bedroom door. On the day of Britney’s outdoor wedding to Sam Asghari, he attempted to break in. In the felony stalking case, he has now accepted a plea deal.

According to Rolling Stone, Alexander appeared in a California courtroom on Thursday and pleaded no contest to misdemeanor charges of aggravated trespassing and battery. According to court records, his felony stalking count and misdemeanor vandalism count were dropped as part of the plea deal with Ventura County prosecutors.

Alexander was arrested at Spears’ luxury estate shortly after 2 p.m. on June 9 with a folding box cutter in his possession, according to law enforcement officials. It was only hours before the singer’s fairytale themed wedding, which was attended by Madonna, Selena Gomez, and Drew Barrymore.

Alexander’s plea was accepted by Judge Gilbert Romero on Thursday, and he was sentenced to 128 days in county jail. However, because Alexander had already been in jail for more than two months and inmates get double credit for “good behavior,” the court ruled that Alexander had served his sentence and would no longer be held in the case.

Alexander grew up with Spears in Kentwood, Louisiana, and married the singer in Las Vegas before Spears filed for divorce. To get the latest updates, keep an eye on Thirsty.
