John Cena is a 16-time WWE World Champion and carried the company on his back throughout the PG era. Cena has also become one of the mainstays of Hollywood in the last couple of years. He also admitted being nervous when it came to the Firefly Fun House match.

Bray Wyatt and John Cena started a feud ahead of WrestleMania 36, and it culminated in a Firefly Fun House match. The match ended up being the most well-received cinematic match in WWE history.

While speaking at Comic-Con Wales, The Leader Of Cenation admitted that he was very nervous about the reception of Firefly Funhouse, as he believed fans would hate it.

“I think I really leaned into the creativity of what we are able to do. And as I get older I kind of got to rely on those tricks more. So, I really, really, really enjoyed the Firefly Fun House match. The fact that people didn’t hate, which was great. I was very nervous. I was sweating bullets on that one. They didn’t hate it and it only involved one punch. So I though that was pretty cool to express the creative side of stories like that.”

Randy Orton also hated cinematic matches until he saw the Firefly Fun House match. Cena is currently busy with his career in Hollywood, while Bray Wyatt’s pro wrestling status is still under question. Only time will tell if they will ever meet again.
