NFL Star Duane Brown Arrested On Gun Charges At Airport

NFL star and free agent Duane Brown was arrested at an airport recently. While the star has been playing with the Seattle Seahawks and would have probably repeated it this season too, his arrest makes his situation complicated.

The 37-year-old free agent was busted by law enforcement officers on Saturday around 2 PM. As per a report from TMZ, their sources revealed that the star tried to pass through TSA while his luggage was packed with a gun.

Brown was passing through Terminal 6. While his equipment went through just a standard checkup, they found a firearm inside. Even though it was unloaded, that still presents a pretty compelling cause for concern.

The NFL player was taken into custody after the cops were called. One of the photographers recorded him getting escorted by the officers at the scene to their cars. The video shows Duane Brown being handcuffed while he was surrounded by a few cops.

Brown is likely to get booked on the possession of a concealed firearm. Even if he makes bail after processing, his chances of playing for any team in the NBA have certainly slimmed down.
