Justin Bieber is one of the most popular celebrities in the world today, and there’s no arguing that. He was suffering from temporary facial paralysis brought on by Ramsay Hunt syndrome, which compelled him to postpone the US dates of his tour last month. Justin Bieber has been spotted seen smiling once more, and he has good reason to be happy.
The 28-year-old Canadian pop singer was accompanied by his wife Hailey Bieber, longtime friend and mentor Usher Raymond, and friends Jason Kennedy and his wife Lauren Scruggs while on holiday in Idaho. In a startling video, he revealed his diagnosis, a shingles complication that can cause facial paralysis, to followers last month. It was clear that Justin was unable to move the right side of his face, and this caused the cancellation of a few long-awaited concerts.
It seems as though the artist is displaying vast improvement as he was taking a much-needed break with his wife and friends. According to FacialPalsy.org.uk, if antiviral treatment is started within 72 hours after the onset of symptoms, roughly 70% of patients will see a nearly complete recovery, and if there has been only minor nerve damage, recovery should happen within a few weeks.
In order to address the issue, Justin claimed that he is doing everything he can, including resting, but he was honest when he noted that he is unsure of how long it will take him to heal. A few weeks later, Hailey appeared on Good Morning America to reassure supporters that he was “doing very well,” saying, “He is getting better every single day.”
Justin was seen in Idaho having a good time while sporting brilliant yellow shorts, and Hailey looked chic in a blue bikini top and matching bottoms. The Baby singer put on a lively performance as he rode down an inflatable slide to demonstrate that his health has improved. Later, he was seen hugging Usher, a friend who is credited with helping to establish Justin as the well-known figure he is today. Check out the pictures below.
